Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PACO-HVAC PRO ("App", "Service") operated by the application owner ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Eligibility & Account Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate profile, company, and contact information and to keep it current.

Subscription & Payment

Some features may require a paid subscription. Fees, billing cycles, and renewal terms will be disclosed at purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled per platform rules (Apple App Store or Google Play).

Refunds are handled according to the applicable app store policy unless otherwise required by law.

Acceptable Use

You may use the App only for lawful HVAC field service, diagnostics support, documentation, and related professional workflows.

You may not reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or misuse the App; upload unlawful content; attempt unauthorized access; or interfere with Service operation.

Prohibited Activities

Prohibited conduct includes: sharing accounts; submitting false customer data; using the App to bypass safety codes; automated abuse; infringement of third-party rights; and any use that violates applicable federal, state, or local law.

Intellectual Property

The App, branding, software, documentation, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your internal business purposes.

Customer and field data you enter remains yours subject to our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Services

The App provides professional assistance tools only. It does not replace licensed judgment, manufacturer instructions, electrical codes, or local regulations. See HVAC and Smart Assistant disclaimers incorporated by reference.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, security risk, or non-payment. You may stop using the App at any time and request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws apply in your state of residence.

Disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Delaware unless otherwise required by applicable law.
